Hiring a professional decluttterer and organiser is still a new idea for many people in the UK, and it’s completely natural to wonder what the experience will be like.

Every organiser works a little differently, but at the heart of it all is a shared purpose: helping you create a home that feels calmer, lighter and easier to live in. My approach is simple, supportive and down to earth, working alongside you to bring clarity, confidence and a sense of ease back into your space.

At Reset & Reorganise, I help you to:

• Sort through your belongings with confidence - So that you keep the things that genuinely support your life, your routines and your wellbeing.
• Let go of unwanted items responsibly - With guidance on donating, recycling, or disposing of things in a way that feels thoughtful and guilt free.
• Create storage that actually works for you - Tailored systems that suit your home, your habits and the way you naturally move through your day.
• Make progress on tasks that feel overwhelming - By breaking everything down into manageable steps, so you never feel rushed or judged, just supported.

Above all, my role is to bring encouragement, structure and a fresh pair of eyes. Together, we create a home that feels more organised, more intentional and more “you”, helping you move forward feeling lighter, clearer and more in control.

 I will generally travel within an hour’s car journey of my home in ME1.

The location and surrounding areas I cover include, but are not limited to: 

Medway, Maidstone, Sevenoaks, Tonbridge, Tunbridge Wells, Gravesend, Dartford, Bexley, Sidcup, Orpington, Ashford, Canterbury, Sittingbourne, Faversham, Whitstable, Herne Bay, West Malling, Aylesford and Swanley.

However, please do get in touch if you wish to discuss locations further afield. 

I offer a free 30 minute initial consultation via telephone, Zoom or in person. Thereafter, my standard rate is £40 per hour. I do not charge for travel costs within a 15 mile radius of ME1. Beyond this, mileage is charged at 45p per mile. Any parking charges incurred will also be added to your invoice.

 At Reset & Reorganise, every session is completely bespoke. No two homes, routines or personalities are the same and your organising journey shouldn’t be either. Everything I do is shaped around you, your pace and what feels manageable.

Some clients like to take things slowly and gently, especially if decluttering feels emotional or overwhelming. Others prefer to dive straight in and make quick, decisive progress. There’s no right or wrong way to work; there’s only the way that feels comfortable for you.

During your initial consultation, we’ll talk through your goals, your expectations and what you’d like to achieve. From there, we’ll book your first session at a time that suits you. For some people, that one session is all they need to feel clearer, lighter and back in control. For others, the process naturally evolves and we continue working together over a series of sessions at a pace we agree on together.

My role is simply to guide, support and structure the process so you never feel rushed, judged or overwhelmed. Just steady, thoughtful progress that helps you reset your space and reorganise your life in a way that feels genuinely sustainable.

Absolutely not. I’m not a minimalist, and I don’t expect you to be one either. Many people feel happiest when they’re surrounded by the things they love, and I completely understand that.

My role isn’t to clear away items you want to keep, it’s to help you declutter only where you feel it’s needed, and to organise your belongings so they’re easy to access, enjoy and live with day to day.

I’m always mindful that certain possessions hold deep sentimental value, and I work with sensitivity and respect at every stage. You’ll be fully involved in all decisions, and we’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable and manageable for you.

The aim is simple: to create space, clarity and calm in a way that suits your lifestyle, your home and your personality, not someone else’s idea of minimalism.

Your privacy is always my priority. I work with complete discretion and integrity, and you can expect care, sensitivity and personal attention throughout our time together.

I don’t use branded vehicles or clothing when visiting clients, so my visits remain private and unobtrusive. Your home is your personal space, and I will always be respectful of your house rules and any cultural practices that are important to you. If there’s anything I should be aware of, you’re welcome to share this during your initial consultation.

My aim is to create a supportive, comfortable environment where you feel safe, respected and fully in control. Everything we do is handled with professionalism, kindness and absolute confidentiality.

I aim to save as many items from landfill as possible. I have a wide knowledge of, and can assist you in finding appropriate recycling facilities, and will always encourage you to do so. I will also always endeavour to re-use and re-purpose your existing storage solutions, before buying new. If new storage is needed, I can help you to source this, and will focus on natural, sustainable and recyclable materials wherever possible.
